Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer - EVA hot melt mesh film has good elasticity and softness, is resistant to low temperatures, and can be washed with water. Can be used to fit wallpaper, XPE, EVA foam, mattresses, cool mats, some leather and other substrate materials. The melting point is relatively low, and the initial dissolution is only about 75 ° C. It is recommended to press at a temperature of 80-100 ° C. The advantages are elasticity, softness, and low-temperature adhesion.
We have our own factory and produce independently. The minimum weight can be customized to 10 grams per square meter, and the maximum weight can be 200 grams per square meter. The hot pressing composite density is uniform, the breathability is good, the bonding is firm, and the laminating machine is easy to operate, saving labor!

Hot melt adhesive requires hot pressing bonding.
1. Glue two thin and flexible materials, stack (Material 1)/(Hot Melt Adhesive Film)/(Material 2) together, and use a flatbed hot melt bonding machine or flat bed hot melt bonding machine or iron for hot press bonding.The reference temperature is 15-20 degrees above the melting point of the substrate. For example, if the melting point of the mesh adhesive film is 115 degrees, the machine will set the hot press temperature to around 135 degrees and the pressure to 0.2 Mpa for 10 seconds. The specific pressing conditions need to be adjusted according to the actual situation of the customer.When bonding thick metal substrate materials, lay the adhesive(hot melt mesh or film) on the thick metal substrate material and bake them together in an oven at 140 ℃ -160 ℃. After complete melting, the two materialscan be bonded together, and the baking temperature can be adjusted according to the customer's actual situation.
2. Thinner metallic materials can also be pressed by a flat iron press, such as thin aluminum plates, thin copper plates, thin steel plates, etc., and bonded to non-woven fabrics.
Transportation and storage:
Hot melt adhesive film and hot melt adhesive mesh should be handled with care during transportation. Avoid sunlight, rain, high temperature, and high pressure. It is prohibited to use iron hooks for lifting during the loading process
Unload to ensure the packaging is intact and undamaged. Store in a cool, ventilated, dry place with a temperature of 0-30 ℃ (humidity ≤ 70% RH), away from high temperatures, and the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers.
Shelf life: 12-24 months from the date of production.
